My dad put my car in their shop for two full weeks. Had a problem getting the car to start when the temperature dropped below 30 degrees outside. Called up there after a week to see where the repairs were. Was told that there was nothing wrong with it at all. Was argued with when they were told that there were problems and there was now way they had looked at the car. Turns out they confused my car with another they had up there, and had never even touched my car. Finally, The shop diagnosed it as an issue with the Alternator, alternator pulley, and serpentine belt. Quoted $1200. Agree to repairs on what was diagnosed. Four days later, get a call saying that there is an issue with a bolt that needs to be bored out and replaced. Quote is now up to $1600. Agree to that as well. Finally get the car done and go to pay. Afterwards, check the invoice and they charged me for a replacement of the water pump and a new screw. Nowhere had anyone mentioned anything about a water pump, let alone that it needed to be replaced. Never gave permission to replace said part. Final price $1300. Never even replaced the alternator or any of the pulleys that they had mentioned.

New to the area. I asked for a courtesy diagnostics read and was eventually told it’s $150 for a diagnostics read. Just for a read. The guy had zero personality. Will never go back for any reason. Off to Autozone for a free diagnostics read!

Highly Recommend if you want them to park your car under the FAKE cameras they have posted behind their business then allow people to bust your window out and take over $950 in tools. People even took my girl’s dad’s ashes out of the car and all he can tell me is “it’s not his fault and my best bet is to get a new window from the junk yard.” They didn’t even have the common courtesy to replace my window. When we asked about them compensating us he replied “they don’t have that kind of insurance” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their personal belongings. Because apparently this place welcomes criminal activity. They said they had a break in a little over a month ago but continued to keep fake cameras up. Not to mention they are trying to charge me $2100 ONLY to change out my radiator that THEY caused to break

Not to mention they are trying to charge me $2100 ONLY to change out my radiator that THEY caused to break Update..I got my car fixed by a REAL mechanic shop that only charged $900 for my broken window and they fixed my radiator..they said “in all of our years of being a mechanic at the shop not once have we thought about charging over $1000 just to fix the radiator” Let alone $800 ONLY to fix a radiator HOSE. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy. All they do is rip people off on prices and have fix what they’re supposed to fix just so you can end up coming back so they can overcharge you again.

1. Their knowledge is limited on EU cars. 2. Charge over 160 to diagnose the issue and told me it was transmission. Told me I’m better of to get it rid of the car. I took it somewhere else and it was the compressor. Transmission is perfectly fine. 3. Went to do a simple oil change, they did other stuff (without my approval), and they didn’t even help my car, but charged me over $500. Overall, I’m disgusted by this kind of business model who take advantage of their customers. I regret going there and will take my business somewhere more honest.
