Car was diagnosed. Authorized work to be done. When picking up the car paid invoice and left. After leaving realized they did not perform the work they diagnosed, but did perform a different service without authorization. Tried calling corporate office. No one working after 2pm on Friday and just called today and no one in office again to speak to.
