I have been using Woodies on South Blvd. for some years. Never have I been disappointed at the service, cost or timeliness.

Great service even though they could not remove my wheel because it was locked and the key couldnot be found. They gave me advice on where to go(dealership). It so happen my tire was under warranty. Thank you for ypur service.

I've always been treated well at Woodys. First time going to their south Blvd location and my experience was just as good. Service agent Lee was super. He seemed very genuine and honest. They fixed my oil leak for a reasonable price and on the same day. They even have a shuttle service that got me back home and came to pick me up. Great experience and value. Thanks Lee!

5 stars! Chris is always so nice and explains everything that needs to be done. Needed a tire and they suggested I try the place I purchased from first... so I'd potentially get it cheaper. They've sized up a few issues now for me and didn't even charge me for the help/advice once or twice. Just got a potential quick, cheaper fix done on my washer fluid parts today... they've suggested trying this first before replacing the whole thing. Comfortable waiting room and always feel welcomed and secure here. Thanks.

I absolutely LOVE this location!! All the guys are nice, courteous and explain everything in detail as to what you need, what the problem is etc. I am new to NC and glad I found them to take care of my car. The shuttle drivers are the best and very nice to talk to. They are like my family :)

Being a young female I’ve been taken advantage of at just about every repair shop I go to. Woodie’s (south blvd) has been nothing but welcoming and relaxing. Billy was working at the front desk and made my rough day pleasurable. He is very nice and makes sure to handle all of your worries in a calm and positive manner. They took my car for a test run and did a free inspection and figured out right away what my problem was. Billy was the mechanic working on my car and did an amazing job! I’ve never felt so comfortable at a repair shop until now! This place definitely has my business from here on out. 10/10 would recommend!! Prices are reasonable..you get what you pay for! Thank you for bringing some sunshine into a hard time with my vehicle! They also have a shuttle that can take you anywhere you need to go while your car is getting worked on which is something I have yet to come across. There waiting area is very cozy and they even have free snacks and drinks if you choose to wait.
