Woodie's is my go to spot for car maintenance. I received the best service from Jeff Rivas! When he moved to the South Blvd location, so did I! I know that he will help me make the best decisions regarding car maintenance while providing excellent work. Nothing compares to the customer service he offers!!

Everybody was nice and helpful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why and it was all done in a very timely manner. I chose to stay and wait while they were working on my car and the waiting room is very quiet, nice and comfortable - a place that you don't mind sitting and waiting. I was able to get work done easily with the WI-FI and quiet atmosphere and they were great about keeping me up to date on how long the wait would be. Will definitely be returning to them for any more of my car needs.

I've been going here for years and these guys are great. Honest and saved me a lot of money from unscrupulous mechanics that try to sell services and repairs I don't need. Some of the cheapest prices around when compared to other chains. If I need anything more involved than an oil change, I go here. They also have a very nice waiting room.

I went to Woodie's on South Blvd. for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was very happy with my experience and have decided to make Woodie's my regular mechanics. They looked the car over and said the issue I had been concerned about was very slight and not an issue that posed problems at this time. They noted another issue that might be of concern in the future but wasn't a problem yet and advised me to keep an eye on it, and made a slight adjustment to my brakes to save wear and tear but otherwise said everything looked good. How often do you go to a mechanic and have them not try to tell you 20 things are wrong with your car that need fixing immediately? And it was so convenient. The free shuttle took me to work downtown (I wasn't even late for work) and picked me up again when the car was ready later that day. How much more convenient does it get?

I have had all repairs (including warranty work) done at Woodies for many years and would trust no one else with my car. Steve's advice is invaluable and everyone there is easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Moved from Los Angeles to Charlotte 17 years ago, and right away needed new brakes. Didn't know anyone here, but stumbled upon Steve and the rest of his crew. Some of the faces have changed over the years but the quality of work remains the same. And I don't think you could find anyone, anywhere, more honest than Steve and Chris. I will always find my way back, and have referred friends to them. They're the best!
