My car broke down and I asked the roadside assistance guy if there was a shop nearby he recommended, and he mentioned Woodie's. I was very impressed with the facility and space from the moment I walked through the door. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. My car was repaired in a timely fashion, and I GREATLY appreciated the courtesy shuttle; a very nice gentleman drove me home and then picked me up the following morning. I did not compare prices, so I cannot comment with regard to value, however, the waiting area was very pleasant and the entire experience was very pleasant. I would definitely use Woodie's again. Thank you :)

Very nice place. They have free WiFi, snacks and drinks while you wait in comfortable chairs. Also great customer service. I was just getting my annual inspection so I can't say if the prices or services are reasonable, but I haven't heard anything bad.

Nice, new, top class facility. Hidden next to Publix in Huntersville, they offer a dealership experience but without the wait and hassle. They service all makes and models, the staff is very friendly when you come in, they've never tried to sell me anything I didn't ask for. We have had my wife's Mazda and my Hyundai serviced and inspected here. Prices are middle of the road, I would say they are competitive with dealerships but not bargain basement service stations. I love locally owned businesses, they've been around since their first location off of Queens and continue to grow for a reason.

Best honest service!! I used to take my car to a mechanic I knew for a long time, but after they closed shop, I took it to Woodies uptown and Patrick took really good care of it. My car is a 1995 Saturn so it has specific needs. Very polite, very honest, and good prices.

Woodies, Drew and Karl are the most professional auto service I have ever used in my 12+ years of having a vehicle. Great customer service upon entering the facility. Top notch feedback on what they found on my chevy impala and I truly felt that they were looking out for my best interest on the next steps to take on finding out why my vehicle has an oil leak. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone who needs service maintenance or a repair. Came to the Charlottetown location thinking my ignition switch was going bad. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with it, was just the result of the steering wheel being a locked. Being a female and all, I do not know the first thing about car repairs and could've easily been swindled to make a payment for something that wasn't broken. However, they were honest with me and it was so nice feeling like I could trust them and not be taken advantage of. Steve was incredible! I was SO impressed by his honesty and the outstanding customer service provided. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Especially to those (like myself) who often worry whenever a car repair is needed, you may get taken advantage of due to not knowing the first thing about cars. You can really TRUST these guys, which is the most important thing. And as an bonus, the shuttle service ROCKS!

Had a tire blow out over the weekend. (Note: if a dealer ever tries to tell you that you don't need a spare tire when you buy a new car, they're wrong.) Got a new one but needed it mounted on the wheel. Woodie's took care of it in minutes. Great customer service!
