Woodies, Drew and Karl are the most professional auto service I have ever used in my 12+ years of having a vehicle. Great customer service upon entering the facility. Top notch feedback on what they found on my chevy impala and I truly felt that they were looking out for my best interest on the next steps to take on finding out why my vehicle has an oil leak. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone who needs service maintenance or a repair. Came to the Charlottetown location thinking my ignition switch was going bad. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with it, was just the result of the steering wheel being a locked. Being a female and all, I do not know the first thing about car repairs and could've easily been swindled to make a payment for something that wasn't broken. However, they were honest with me and it was so nice feeling like I could trust them and not be taken advantage of. Steve was incredible! I was SO impressed by his honesty and the outstanding customer service provided. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Especially to those (like myself) who often worry whenever a car repair is needed, you may get taken advantage of due to not knowing the first thing about cars. You can really TRUST these guys, which is the most important thing. And as an bonus, the shuttle service ROCKS!

Had a tire blow out over the weekend. (Note: if a dealer ever tries to tell you that you don't need a spare tire when you buy a new car, they're wrong.) Got a new one but needed it mounted on the wheel. Woodie's took care of it in minutes. Great customer service!

Woodie's always does a good job on the work that they perform, but this last time, I was disappointed to find that the mechanic left greasy finger/handprints on the inside of my car door, steering wheel and seat. I understand that things can happen and it's a dirty job, but a manager needs to look the car over before its given back to the owner. I may look elsewhere next time.

They fit me in for a same day appointment to get my car inspected. They were prompt and courteous.

Woodie's is outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, and their customer service is second to none - friendly, flexible, honest and trustworthy. Last month I took my car in for a basic checkup before going out of town and they noticed and promptly fixed a problem which probably would have stranded me in a remote area. They genuinely care about doing a great job. We've taken our cars to them for about 25 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I called them and they got me in right away. They offered me a shuttle back to my job and then picked me up after they were done with my vehicle free of charge. This was very convenient for me and allowed me to miss minimal work time to get my car serviced. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
