I have used Woodie's for several years now and have never been disappointed. Excellent technicians who will let you make your own informed decisions. That goes a long way with me.

Very nice facility and knowledgeable staff. Slightly more expensive than the typical garage but worth the extra pennies.

I had an excellent experience! First of all, the setting is beautiful. I've never seen an auto repair shop in such a relaxing location. The service was great as well. It is a nice touch to have the clients simply pull their vehicle up to the covered entry to come in. Very similar to dealerships where you pull inside of the service area for vehicle drop off. The two gentlemen who greeted me inside where friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very clean with good seating and complementary snacks and drinks. Free wifi too! For a slow leak in my tire, they estimated it would take 45 minutes. In the end, I think they finished and I was back in my vehicle in 35 minutes! I will definitely go back to Woody's. I'm even looking forward to it!

Swapped out an alternator for us at 2pm on a Saturday with no call ahead (they close at 3). Friendly service. Nicest waiting room I've ever seen at a mechanic.

After getting a flat, I placed a phone call to Woodie's to inquire about a special order tire. Rick answered the phone and was extremely helpful in laying out all of the options. He spent 15 minutes with me discussing the costs and benefits of each option and the timeline associated with each. It was an absolute no pressure phone call, he never sought to make me commit to his shop, and seemed genuinely interested in helping find the best outcome for me. I was very pleased with the information presented and the overall tone of the phone call.

I moved to Charlotte about a year ago and from day one I've taken my truck to Woodie's and always had an outstanding experience. Florida was full of shady mechanics who always pushed random junk that I knew didn't need to be done. Woodie's has always been honest about what I seriously needed done and how long I had until it may become a bigger issue. I would highly recommend them as your primary shop for everything you need done.

I have been using this auto shop for years and I have had nothing but excellent service from them. Any time I have a question about my car or need something done, I know I can call them and get a straight answer.

I am new to the Charlotte area and I have had several bad experiences with Meineke since I have been here. I usually do all of the work myself on my vehicles and toys, but I currently have not had the time. I diagnosed that there was a bad VGR valve with the help of Meineke trying to screw me out of $600. I gave Woody's a call, and told them what needed to be replaced and I brought it by that night and it was done first thing in the morning. For 230$! The front desk worker could have been a little nicer, but they did what I needed to do so I applaud them and give Woody's 5 stars. Do not go to Meineke please...

I went to Woodie's on South Blvd. for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was very happy with my experience and have decided to make Woodie's my regular mechanics. They looked the car over and said the issue I had been concerned about was very slight and not an issue that posed problems at this time. They noted another issue that might be of concern in the future but wasn't a problem yet and advised me to keep an eye on it, and made a slight adjustment to my brakes to save wear and tear but otherwise said everything looked good. How often do you go to a mechanic and have them not try to tell you 20 things are wrong with your car that need fixing immediately? And it was so convenient. The free shuttle took me to work downtown (I wasn't even late for work) and picked me up again when the car was ready later that day. How much more convenient does it get?
