As in the past, I received wonderful customer service and great servicing of my vehicle. Wouldn't think of taking my care anywhere else!

I took my vehicle in for some maintenance and an issue that a previous visit indicated a future wear issue. They took care if things promptly and even advised me that a requested service was not needed. So far so good!

Untrustworthy. I had them do air filter and spark plugs. They screwed up something even as simple as that. The air filter was put in incorrectly and at least four different things under the hood weren't reattached. The spark plugs were barely installed. The breakaway torque on them was nothing. What a bunch of clowns.

Outstanding customer service!

Our long time (26+ year relationship) mechanic retired, so got to try Woodie's (Ballantyne loction) for two new tires and all 4 wheel alignment. Great communication from start to finish, comfortable waiting room and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Thanks to Mark and the team, I'll be back.
