UPDATE: Since I can't write a second review, I'll update mine. (May 2019): The guys at Woodies, especially Tom, are consistently polite, fast, and informative. I have dropped multiple cars off here multiple times, and have never been disappointed. The waiting room is nice and well stocked, the WiFi works nicely, and the service is great. Would recommend to a friend or family member. (December 2018): Quick, easy, polite, and informative. Would recommend them to a close friend or a stranger. The guys up front were especially cordial and informative regarding the analysis of my vehicle's battery issues.

The guys here are so kind! The shop is very clean & the shuttle to uptown is so convenient. Reasonable prices too! I will definitely be back.

As always the whole team was able to respond immediately to a car need. From Ton and Bobby, to the mechanics, to Mr Slocumb- great conversation from a fellow Charlotte native while getting a ride to work- everything was handled in a friendly and professional way. I completely trust Woodies team. I’ve been a customer for about 16 years. .

Stellar experience! I was in a bad situation and they were so helpful and patient and even cheered me up about my popped tire. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend their customer service!

Woodies always does the maintenance on my Honda CRV. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I have always had wonderful and professional service from Woodies. I would certainly recommend them. The best part of the service eXperia Cle is the free shuttle service. This saves me an immense amount of time.
