North and South Carolina Auto Repair

I meant to write this review a month ago but I'm just getting around to it. I took my car to another Woody's in the city. After about 5 tries with that particular location and still having the same problem, I took it to the McDowell location. Thankfully these guys got it right on the first try! I haven't had the stalling problem with my car since. This location is out of my way but I would definitely take my car back here to be worked on. Thanks guys!!!

Tom, Bobby and the Woodies team on McDowell have serviced my cars for the last 13 years and have always done so with the highest level of service, courtesy and integrity. Very friendly and quick service. Took my car in for an inspection appt at 11 and they were very quick and efficient. My car was ready by 1145.

Great customer service and the staff gives you information about your car in a way that doesn't make you feel pressured. The environment is very inviting and they provide accurate estimates about how much time the job will take. I've enjoyed being a customer.
