I would personally thank Woodie's Auto for taking care of my family as they needed repair work done while visiting the Charlotte area. Nothing is more frightening than your wife and 5 yr old daughter stranded while you're 200 miles away. The tow truck delivered the vehicle to Woodie's on a Saturday afternoon late. Barry said they would get started on it first thing Monday morning. It was ready Monday afternoon. My nephew and I left Raleigh soon after to pick it up and bring it home. Just 8 miles after leaving the shop, the car became disabled again. We called a tow truck near midnight and had them take it back to Woodie's. And we went back to Raleigh empty handed. Barry got on it first thing Tuesday morning. He apologized profusely for the inconvenience. A faulty part beyond their control was the culprit. He and the team road tested the vehicle, making sure it would not fail on the second attempt of driving it home to Raleigh. Kudos to Barry and his team as they went way above and beyond for my family and vehicle. Thanks, Woodie's!!!

I took my car in yesterday and I was blown away. Barry was very helpful and polite. The waiting room was very comfortable with snacks and a tv. They had a part that was needed delivered in 15 minutes. Overall an excellent experience and I will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend Woodie's Auto Service to anyone. They are across the street from my work and anytime I need something done, they will shuttle me back to work while they work on my car. The employees are very nice and professional as well. I go there for any kind of maintenance work to be done and oil changes.

Woodies is my go-to auto shop for anything car related. The guys make the entire process painless and I never feel as though they are trying to take advantage of me, considering I don't know much about cars. They communicate with me throughout the entire process and never do anything that could cost more money without consulting me first. They are there to pick you up and drop you off wherever and whenever you need it, and are sure to provide you with some laughs along the way. Awesome experience. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Prompt service. NO haggling to get stuff done that you don't need, which was so appreciated. Karl has the best sense of humor! Honest and professional. Extremely clean and comfortable. Love going there.

I had a rough start this morning. My car would not start. So I had to get a jump from my neighbor but I also needed quick service to repair the problem. So once I got to work I called Woodies and immediately dropped my car off. Once I dropped the car off they took me back to work and then picked me up when the repairs were done. They had great customer service, speedy solutions, and reasonable prices. The best thing about my whole experience was that I could work knowing that my car was in good hands.
