I requested a state inspection. Upon completion I received a text with pictures of my vehicle and recommendations. Thank you so much for your professionalism and efficiency.

After setting up an appointment for oil change and brakes, the customer service was professional and they have done all the services in reasonable time. Also they have suggested what I should on a look out for future repairs. The car runs great now and would defiantly come back. Would highly recommend Woodies Auto Service.

Had my breaks changed...long story. But this location is very professional and will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for dealership quality without the cost of going to the dealership. I love ths location and will continue to go here for any service or car needs.

Tapped on leave review in my email and it sent me to this location. I didnt realize it was fort mill till it was to late. Never been to this location so I cant say if they are good or bad. Gave a 5 star because I anticipate being woodies they all give the best customer service.

We’ve been working with the team at Woodie’s for over 3 years for both vehicles. They are very thorough and diligent, and discuss any additional services needed or recommended with adequate detail to make an informed decision. Whether it’s an oil change, new tires, or a diagnostic checkup and fix, they’re always very professional and personable.

Called to schedule NC state inspection. George and Kane were super! They were able to complete the same day. During the inspection, they discovered my battery was failing due to age. Appreciate the proactive handling so I did not run into a future crisis!

I have used this location now 3 times. They are always courteous and very professional. The last time I was there, I needed 2 new tires and they were going to align them. But, because my tires had been recently aligned, they didn't have to perform the service and deducted the amount from the quote they had given me. I truly appreciated their honesty and the fact that they did not take advantage of me. I will definitely go back!
