Great service. I was in town briefly, air conditioning was not working well and in Charlotte, it is needed. Made an appointment and the next day air was fixed, works great, done on time and in the budget they told me to expect. Will absolutely go there again.

Had a state inspection done and they provided a 28 point inspection as well. Advised me of other issues that may arise in the near future. Stated my vehicle would be ready late after noon and was ready before lunch.

Just before arriving in the Charlotte area for a long-overdue vacation, my indicator light came on (never good!!!). The shop was obviously busy but still managed to diagnose and complete a rather extensive repair on my Chevy Cruze at a reasonable price. I was able to return home to Western New York on my original timetable with confidence and without problems. Thanks to Gary and everyone at the Indian Land location !!!
