I like driving big older sedans on trips instead of SUV's. I own a 1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal and was turned down by 5 other shops to do a basic engine diagnostic check due to the car's age. The car runs and drives well at 290,000.0 miles but has a random misfire. I am so thankfull that Woodie's employs an older mechanic named Gil that was able to look at my car. The newer mechanics can only seem to work a computor....... The customer service team were good also. I am pleased and will be back as long as they will look at my older cars.

I came to this new location for a 60,000 mileage check-up. Chandler was very helpful before and during the check-up. It was a very easy process and he was very transparent about costs and findings. The crew had done a thorough review and were detailed with their documentation about the checks. They also explained why things didn't need doing (e.g. serpentine belt & tire rotation). They were very helpful and I will be using them in the future too, for my maintenance.

the woodie’s on charlottetowne is the absolutely BEST. jeff and patrick are the sweetest and so patient. i don’t know a lot about cars, so i appreciate that they take the time to explain things to me. i won’t go anywhere else. i couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

A/C was fixed for a fair price and I couldn't have been happier with the experience

Randy was very patient, professional, and explained things thoroughly. The transportation driver (sorry, I can't remember his name) was very friendly, provided excellent, and did not make me wait long for pick-up.
