I called Woodies for an appointment and they were able to get me in at their McDowell location within a few days. My check engine light was on. I dropped my car off and was driven to work by their complimentary shuttle service. The driver was very nice and picked me up that afternoon when my vehicle was ready. They also have a very comfortable waiting room with snacks and drinks if you decide to wait for your car on site. They diagnosed and fixed the problem contacting me by phone through the day with updates. Great experience and I will be back!

Used them for the 1st time for oil change, tire rotation, inspection. I asked for my wipers to be replaced. While they were working on my car they checked battery and said it was getting old so I had it replaced. After leaving I noticed the wipers had not been changed. I went back a few days later Brian had the new wipers put on and replaced the rear blade at not charge. Changed my opinion of them. I will go back.

Despite the age of my car, Woodie’s persevered in obtaining the necessary parts in order to drive it comfortably again!

They never, ever have any availability if you need something done day of. So if you don’t have an appointment, don’t bother attempting to bring your vehicle in.

Saturday we had a low tire pressure warning light come on as we were headed out of town to a family funeral. We were stressing big time. Turned around and headed to Woodie's to see if anything could be done. The service we received exceeded any expectations we had. Chandler and Justin took care of us immediately. Very courteous and professional. Thank you!
