Incredible customer service!

Great customer service....they got me in and out quickly!

I brought in my Scion xB because it was making a noise in the front end. Miles greeted me in for my appointment and was very attentive to my concerns. He was very knowledgeable and offered some insight on the problem. After a few of the technicians looked it over, they were unable to find any problems. They did notice a few things about a previous repair I had (from another shop) and recommended I check back with them because they might be responsible. Miles and the staff at Woodies gave me an honest assessment and just charged me a hand shake. I highly recommend Miles and Woodies of Huntersville.

All staff were very friendly and kept me in the loop for everything they were working on. The price for my repair was more than fair and I would absolutely recommend them to others in the future.

My AC wasn't working and I was very frustrated until I took my car to Eagle automotive. I wasted money and overcharged my system by making the wrong decision, going to buy a freon can thinking that would solve the problem... It wasnt the problem. They fixed the problem for a good price. They were great, I highly recommend them.

I was recommended to them. I have used them twice, they are honest, prices are fair. They have not failed me yet. I think i've gain me a new mechanic from here on out. Mr. John is a very nice and honest guy as well, and so is the staff. Blessings to them all.
