Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car place. I dropped my car off for my nc car inspection at 9am, came back at 1030. They hadn’t started working on it til 11 and wasn’t ready to leave til 1150. Almost 3 hrs for a car inspection is a joke. No respect for their customers’ time. Edward Prange was extremely rude and disrespectful. When asked about an update on the status, answered and quoted another 45 minutes and told me “I could go get him a smoothie.” Went to use the restroom and there was no soap, which can happen. But when I informed him of this, he shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t his problem and rolled his eyes, then made no effort to correct the problem. I’m absolutely never going back there again. Zach was very nice, but the overall experience was horrible. It would have been very convenient, because I go to the gym next door, but no thanks, not worth it.

Very thorough in diagnostics, Carmel Rd. Woody's were able to change ripped axle cup and power steering in one day.. also gave the go on safety check. Will definitely go back, to than again.

My vette broke down about a mile from Woodies on Lawyers road. Woodies seemed to be the logical place to have AAA take it. I am glad that I took it there. The employees were friendly and after the technician examined the car, it was explained to me the repair would be complicated. After ordering parts for the twenty year old car, The car was repaired, test driven, and returned to me. Thanks, for a job well done.
