Very friendly and professional. It is easy to set up an appointment. The shuttle service is very nice so I could wait at home instead of the shop. I was sent a link to the pre-service inspection, giving me the health status of my car. The office manager called to make sure I understood the report and the service that would be performed. Pricing for services is reasonable. It was a great experience. I will return to Woodies for my future auto services. I highly recommend this business.

fast. car running like it was before repairs were needed. replaced alternator.

I had starting problem in my car, tow to this shop and they took 2 complete day and nothing has been done...car was parked where it was dropped with same position....3rd day also the same situation and while followed up they said they will check, but again nothing happened...so wanted to take it away...then they charged me $140 for nothing....this is kind of cheating without doing anything and asked me $800 for repair without even touching me car...also no analysis report has been given....I will not prefer this shop and had my car repaired elsewhere at$350.

Awful. Dropped car off, was told they couldn’t fix it and we should take it to dealership. Got in the car to drive home and it wouldn’t go faster than 20mph even though I drove it there fine. To top it off they charged over 100 dollars to tell me they can’t fix it! This is not over I will be calling the manager once I calm down! Unbelievable

Great service and honest

just left a bad review and it was dropped. apparently if you dont choose 5 stars they couldn't be bothered showing it. downright incompetance and dishonesty. after my last visit they said we forgot to charge for parts on the last visit, so they added it to my bill. told them no more, i was done. still am getting emails on holidays. after 3 trips check engine light issue still not fixed.
