My boyfriend and I were visiting Charleston and we heard an interesting "clunking" sound on our drive down. We wanted to get it checked out, but every mechanic in the area was booked for weeks. As a last effort, we called Joe's Garage and after explaining our situation and how we were only there for a couple more days, they fit us into their busy schedule for a same-day diagnostic and next-day repair! They went above and beyond to ensure that our car was all ready for our six hour drive back and were even kind enough to provide us with a drive back to our hotel after dropping off the car (mind you, we were staying only a mile from the shop). Their staff was so kind and helpful for us clueless college students and I am so so so so grateful for their amazing service. Definitely go to them if your car needs repairs!

Jeff and Patrick and team did a great job, helped me diagnose the issue with my vehicle, super helpful in their explanation. Great service at a great value I'll definitely be using Woodies again

Dropped car off at 9:15a for an oil change, caught an Uber, arrived at Woodie’s @ 4:00p. Car was still not done, matter of fact it was still in the air. Called at 3:21p and the guy said they will be finished in 15 minutes. It’s 4:22p, I’m still waiting and my car is still in the air. Absolutely ridiculous!!! It’s 4:40p and I’m still waiting!!! They Pulled my car around at 4:44p. So what they did was did my oil change in the 44 minutes they had me waiting, but my car was there almost 8 hours!! I know they don’t care, but I will NEVER patronize this business again. Oil changes take at a maximum 1 hour at the dealerships on a very busy day (Saturdays)👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Ran over a nail right before I needed to leave town so I went to Woodie’s with no appointment. Was quoted a price up front and a 1 hour estimate and was out the door within the hour for the quoted price. Great service and saved my day!

Great first experience. They send you pictures via text of everything being worked on your car before and after. Customer experience was great. Will be a returning customer in the future.

This place has a good reputation ,was recommended by multiple people. They lived up to rep. Very nice people and def could have lied and charged me $$ for a wiring issue but was honest and charged the minimum . i will be a returning customer .
