Customer clerk was chill and nice. Mechanics on deck are incompetent in business. Inspection could've translated into a grand in service work, loses the potential customer due to a slight tint. Never had any issues over the past four years at previous inspections with the tint.

It's hard to find a trustworthy auto service shop when moving to a new area but Woodies offered thorough repair work for a fair price. Bill was itemized and they offer shuttle services! Kenny was a huge help, thank you!

I had a new alternator put in the same morning I came to Woodie's from the BP next door, where my car had made it to, after all the service indicator lights had come on simultaneously while I was driving on the highway. I was just passing through Charlotte, and was so glad they could fix my car right away. I haven't had any more trouble--got to my destination fine several days ago. Their customer lobby is also very nice!! Will highly recommend.

Just wanted to say that the service at the Indian Land Location has been exceptional. Tripp and his team have serviced all of my cars and I have been extremely pleased. I highly recommend any Woodies location, but I will continue to be partial the Indian Land store.
