I came in to Charlotte for work for one night and came out to my car to find a flat tire. I was luckily around the corner from woodies and gave them a call to tell them my situation. They sent someone over who arrived in 5 minutes to put enough air in my tire to drive to their shop and their employee followed me to make sure I was okay. Then they made time in their busy schedule to help me out as I ended up needing two new tires and an alignment because my tires were so bad. They made it happen for me so I could get home the next day and they were incredibly accommodating and kind. I wish they had a location in Atlanta but for anyone in Charlotte, these are your car people! Thank you Jeff for all your help!

My last visit was just that: my LAST visit. Buyer beware: they are intentionally vague and manipulative about things you need done. For a 20 minute procedure, I was being charged over 250$ worth of "labor". Do your homework first, they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and upsell you things you don't need. Go somewhere else unless you want to drive away feeling like you just got mugged.

I made an appointment the day prior with Kyle and dropped off first thing the next morning. Truck was serviced before time I was told and the staff were great to work with. Great dealing with local shop in Mint Hill, and I highly recommend.

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They ended up not properly securing engine splash shield on the bottom of my car, so it almost felt off when I was driving on a highway. I had to emergency stop at another shop for them to secure it. In addition I was quoted $1200 for break work, that ended up costing me $700 at another place. Do not recommend.
