My wife and I moved to Charlotte recently, and have been searching for a place we could trust. The process is anxiety ridden as the horror stories of being ripped off are constantly circulating. When we found the Ashley location, we were skeptical at first. However, I am grateful to say this company, and more importantly their staff, will do whatever they can to put your worries at ease. They are fantastic communicators who will patiently walk you through the entire process. From my experience, they are not trying to swindle you, but are here to succeed while taking care of their community. We will be customers of this location from here on out, and I would recommend anyone to them.

If you live near one, consider yourself your lucky. I work in Uptown and the location I use has always been the best. Appreciate the friendliness and the care in which they keep me informed.

This is my first-time using Woodie's I was impressed with customer service I received info on the phone with Eddie, so friendly lots of information. I made an appt. I was advise of the pick up and deliver service, I came with my lunch and water for the day. I was surprised to here of this service. They took me home and called to confirm the amount of my payment. So far my car is in great shape. I will give them a 5 star for customer service and repairs.
