During my routine service noticed some belts were worn and to check back later...I did and Bill indicated another 15K on the belts. I would not have know otherwise... as always top notch on their service.

Had a man hole cover take out a tire close by. Was changing tire by myself when a lug nut broke. I called them right before closing nervous about the timing for the tow truck driver to get my vehicle there. The owner/manager assured me to relax and they would wait until i got there. Dropped it off at closing where the mechanic fixed it in the parking lot. The shop didn’t even charge me anything to fix it…. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

Woodies was fantastic to work with. We went in for an annual safety and emissions testing to get our car registration renewed and come to find out our rear brake pads were wearing pretty thin. We were provided with a quote and later found out that parts we needed were only available via the dealership, and would likely cost more. No one wants to hear that, but Woodies offered to waive labor costs so that our total bill stayed within the original quote. These guys were very communicative and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole ordeal. They were kind, honest and forward thinking. Would definitely use them again!
