Our experience at Woodies was, indeed, 5 star. My husband & I recently had both of our cars serviced at Woodies. They seem to inspect everything, follow your cars manufacturer requirements and call you with updates or problems they may have found BEFORE they do the work. The staff at our location are friendly, helpful and professional. Kudos to Tripp, Austin and the rest of the staff in your Indian Land, 521 highway location.

I live in Florida. I was up in fort mill sc doing work for the week. My car broke down and I needed to get it repaired quickly because I needed to head back down home for my family and my other job. I brought my car to another place first and I was told it would be done in 2 to 3 days. I then called woodies. I spoke with Tripp the manager and explained everything they happened to my car and what I thought needed to be done for repairs. He said get the car to them and they will get to it the next day. I went down to the shop and spoke to Tripp. He ordered the parts while I was with him and he said give him until the next day by 2pm. They were done by 130pm. Complete life saver!!!! I was so nervous picking up the car and driving straight down to florida but after what the staff said and me driving it, the car was perfect. I highly recommend this establishment. Genuine knowledgeable and caring people. Thank you all for keeping me safe on my ride home. I truly do appreciate everything.

Excellent and courteous service

We will never go anywhere else! The shuttle service is a Godsend for a mom with a toddler and I know I can trust their diagnoses. I got a quote from a Ford dealership and then came to Woodies for the first time for a second opinion. Long story short, we saved thousands of dollars by using Woodies, the work was done with excellence and I didn’t have to sit in their waiting room all day with my kid bored to tears. Their staff are warm and professional and get the job done right the first time. Thank you Woodies!
