As always the guys did a great job.

I initially spoke by phone to Duane Hutcheson the Manager of this location. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made setting up an appointment easy. After the oil change we chatted about future maintenance for my car. Mr. Hutchins showed his specific knowledge of my type car and its particular needs. I was impressed. At no time was he pushing for me to do extra - there was NO upsell. Because of the knowledge shown and the business demeanor of Mr. Hutchins, I'm sure I'll be back.

Everyone was very nice and my car was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The cost was reasonable and they even delivered my car back to my home. You will be well taken care of at this superior locally owned shop. Thanks Woodies!

Hi I’ve been using Woodies in Indian Land since they’ve opened for all of our vehicle’s needs. Duane, Gary and Chandler have always been upfront and honest with estimates and times of completion. The crew always does the job correctly the first time and more than once have found a safety issue that needed to be addressed. I’ve been shown tires with belts worn through and suspension/sterling linkage parts that I was not aware needing replacing. Always looking out for our safety. Chuck at Indian Land Woodies was responsible in resolving a warranty issue we had with the Chevrolet dealer where we purchased our Silverado. They would not work with us and I had heard good things about Woodies and decided to give them our business. When Chuck checked out the truck he felt that the fuel injectors and brake problem should be covered under the warranty. He contacted the Chevrolet Corp. and another dealership to see if issue could be resolved. After going back and forth with them, Chuck worked out a compromise that was satisfactory for both parties. This would not have happened without Chuck working so diligently to solve the problem. We will continue to have Woodies maintain our truck. I feel they are honest, trustworthy and professional. Thanks Chuck for not giving up and getting our truck back on the road. .
