Great customer service! I was stranded in Huntersville when my truck would not start. I called a wrecker service to give me a jump start. It was found that my battery cable connectors were defective. I drove to Woodies and within just a few minutes Karl Wegner and his crew had me on my way home back to Raleigh. I highly recommend Woodies for any of your auto service needs.

Everyone was really nice even though they were swamped when I called about my car spilling oil. I had my oil changed by grease monkey (closer to my house) about a month before. The screw wasn't tightened. Since they didn't fix anything they didn't charge me anything for finding the problem and tightening the screw. My breaks needed done so I had them take care of that while it was there. One of the best parts is they will shuttle you back and forth for your car service. They are officially my new car doctors Also, rumor has it if you come in dressed as little bow peep you get a discount but if you dress as Buzz Lightyear you get charged double 😉
