I worked with Mark. Absolutely amazing, listed to my worries as I had taken my car to 4 other shops to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Every other shop told me my car was in perfect condition, even the VW dealership said this. I knew something was off as I am not 100% oblivious to car maintenance growing up with family in the industry. I talked to mark and explained to him what was happening and he listened and truly took me seriously. I brought my car to him right away they shuttled me home why I waited. Few hours later he calls me and tells me exactly what I had been saying and gave me the estimate. He worked with me and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Drove my car off the lot and felt brand new! Thank you Mark for truly listening to me and taking me seriously! I will definitely be back for any other maintenance needs!

The communication was fantastic, which is often the worst part in car service. They were friendly, provided a shuttle back home, texted a full summary of needs, and answered the phone every time I called. I've found my new go-to shop.

Not only did they take care of my vehicle but everyone was so nice. In fact an incident occurred with another customer that was hilarious, I had a blast actually while waiting for my vehicle, and before I could finish laughing my vehicle was ready. Thumbs up!!!

Wonderful service provided by Woodie’s! They were super accommodating and fit me in even after I forgot my appointment earlier in the day (so sorry about that, y’all!). My husband and I moved to the area recently and I will definitely be back for future service.
