It was great working with Woodies. They accepted my truck just before thanksgiving without an appointment and fit me in when they could. They communicated through every step of the repair and were able to diagnose, repair, and return the truck quickly! I’ll be bringing all my vehicles to Woodies for any service in the future!

If you ever have a chance to use Woodies Auto Service and Repair you'd better snag it. What an experience! They were very professional, very prompt, very courteous, and with my experience, very gracious. Thoroughly went over the car. They sent me a text with a link that showed me exactly what they had inspected, went over the inspection, and then because the customer had been coming to them for many years, didn't charge me for the inspection. With the customers permission, gave me a copy of all the past history of all of the services that had been performed on the car. Excellent customer service. If you're not going to Woodies Auto Service and Repair you're just plain missing out. They have many locations in the North Carolina area.
