Great experience here. Rodney was very helpful and explained things well. A Firestone in the area told me I'd have to go to the dealership for this repair, but this Woodie's proved that wrong. Issue was diagnosed and fixed within the same day. I live ~25 minutes away from this location but will come here for future auto issues. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Woodies servicing my VW Jetta. I called the night before and asked if they had room for a next day appointment and was quickly given a time for the next morning. The staff was quick to check me in and called within 2 hours with the diagnosis. The car was finished later the same day for a reasonable price. Thanks to the team at Woodie’s!

If you ever have a chance to use Woodies Auto Service and Repair you'd better snag it. What an experience! They were very professional, very prompt, very courteous, and with my experience, very gracious. Thoroughly went over the car. They sent me a text with a link that showed me exactly what they had inspected, went over the inspection, and then because the customer had been coming to them for many years, didn't charge me for the inspection. With the customers permission, gave me a copy of all the past history of all of the services that had been performed on the car. Excellent customer service. If you're not going to Woodies Auto Service and Repair you're just plain missing out. They have many locations in the North Carolina area. Wonderful experience at Woodies! Staff could not have been any nicer and the shuttle took me right home so that I could wait for the repairs to be completed.
