Dropped my VW Passat for a diagnostic. They were professional, on time, and most importantly they were able to answer all the questions I had in a very assuring way.

Excellent tech service, excellent notification. Friendly and helpful staff. We did have a problem with the center not being open when we arrived for an 8:30 appointment. One person has the key and they were not there. This was solved by one of the techs who had us fill out our info and took our key. He was very apologetic and very helpful in explaining the issue and resolving the situation. I am sure this is a very rare occurrence.

Today On my way to Davidson, I drove over a car part on the highway. My car cover was dragging and I was not sure what else...I drove it in to Woodie's. I was immediately attended to and the service was extremely professional and prompt by the service rep and the mechanic who fixed my car. They did not charge me a dime for checking my car and making the necessary repairs to get me back home safely to Charlotte. I am incredibly grateful for Woodie's in Davidson and give them my total recommendation without an iota of reservation! Thank you to Ken Carr and the super polite and delightful mechanic whose name I did not capture!!

Tried to get me to do $1100 worth of work and replacements on my car, including $110 just to change a single easy-access headlight. Took my car to Garage Tech LLC instead, all I needed done was a tire rotation which they did for $10.

Tammy and the staff were very helpful, professional, understanding and patient with my 91 year old mother. I won't take her car anywhere else for service. Thanks Tammy.
