These guys are honest and upfront. I even took their quote to a mechanic outside of Charlotte, I figured he would get me a much better deal. But he even said that’s a great price with a great warranty. When I asked for cheaper alternatives they had several options ready for me.

My radiator busted right in front of the shop, Jeff came right out talked me through their process and got me in the shop. Patrick went over my car twice to ensure that all problems were taken care of. With the bad luck I was having that day, I could not have had better luck having car trouble in front of woodies. My oldie but good car is back and acting like she is brand new. Thanks Jeff and Patrick and the great team at woodies.

They patched my passenger rear tire for me. They were very courteous and polite they did a good job however their technicians need to put down seat coverings and floormat paper when they work in a light interior colored car. I do not appreciate people that work on my car getting my light interior dirty. That should go Unsaid. .

I brought my car in to get a quote on brakes. Rather than stating I need them now, they advised I had about 5k more miles to drive. They also gave me a quote which was lower than the dealership. When it is time to get them replaced I will be going to Woodies! Very professional!
