The people here absolutely wonderful. I finished a night shift and when I went to drive home my car just wouldn’t start. I somehow got lucky and drove it to woodies, right when the opened. They had no issue helping me out, they drove me back to my apartment while my car was being fixed, and kept me up to date on the issues with it. Everything was done super fast and professionally, I’m gonna make these guys my go to in Charlotte.

Six years of excellent service at this location -- and then they really topped themselves the past 2 weeks. We had multiple issues crop up on one car, plus a dead battery on the other -- just at the moment I spent 12 days in hospital and my wife started a new job. Patrick, Jeff & Co. went above & beyond the call of duty to minimize our disruptions -- shuttling my wife back and forth to home twice, and turning on a dime to handle two small issues while she waited. We can't recommend any service provider, anywhere, more highly than we do the Woodies team on Charlottetowne Ave.

They couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating from Jeff at the front desk to James the shuttle driver. Experienced professionals. Super glad they are close!

I was totally blown away with Woodies!!!! My battery had died…I had never been to Woodies but several coworkers had and gave high recommendations!! Now I know why! They came to my rescue…sent “Jack” to start my car and got me back on the road with a new battery!!!! High fives to Woodies!!! Leesa

I am so happy to have found such a great auto repair company. I was impressed by the diagnostic report out. The team was professional and in constant communication with me about findings and timeline. I felt well cared for and not pushed or forced into any unnecessary repairs.

Jeff & Patrick are always great when I bring my car in for service. They review what needs to be done, offer options, and are always upfront with me when I bring my car in for service. I'd never go anywhere but Woodie's....

Recently took my car in for an emergency service after my car was un-drive-able. Thought that it was a brake related issue since my ABS, hill-assist, and traction control lights were all flagged. Received a call from a gentleman named Jeff who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Turned out to be my shocks, struts, and tires. Jeff was very transparent and took the time to gather different quotes for me for the tires, estimated time to complete the repairs so that I could get back to work, and explain what was wrong in detail (all while working with a limited staff). This was very appreciated as a female who is generally pretty weary of going to repair shops and being taken advantage of. This was not the case here and I was extremely surprised. I will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced here! Another note: they offer a tire protection plan that covers tire rotations for the life of the tire, free patching (if fixable) up to 3x per tire, and more. Felt that this was really a great deal considering the tire rotations at the dealership cost a bit more than the cost for the plan for the tires.
