I have consistently used this Woodie's location for over 10 years. They are excellent. They make every attempt to meet my needs and always over deliver. I can always count on them to diagnosis and repair whatever problem my car encounters.

I made an appointment for an oil change, didn't have to wait long courteous and friendly associates clean waiting room with snacks water just an overall great experience.

Friendly and considerate. I did have to replace my battery two weeks later, which was in the original estimate but wasn't performed. Still, they were otherwise thorough and accommodated me while on vacation. I trust them over other places.

Got my van fixed correctly at a reasonable price.

They're great, the staff is super professional and friendly, and they don't try to lie to you and "fix" things that don't need fixed like many other places do.

Went to Woodies twice. I think they are going to be my Auto service from now on. So far so good!

Great service. I was traveling in Charlotte from Columbia, SC. Car was running hot...noticed drive belt had broken..it was around 5pm on a Friday...they were closing...said they opened Saturday morning at 7am...I had to be back in Columbia on Saturday by 12 noon...stayed the night in Charlotte..called them around 9 am on Saturday..car was ready by 10 am...I was back in Columbia by 11:30...I would recommend them to anyone...nice folks, great service...they turned a bad experience into a good one..thanks .
