Honest and great people! Will definitely use them going forward for all maintenance and repairs on my vehicles!

I called because I wanted to schedule an oil change along with overall maintenance of my vehicle. I have used this auto shop in the past and while they have always had average customer services this was the 3rd strike. Cole was friendly and even though I was not looking to drop my car of the day of the call, he reassured me that my vehicle could be fit in to the schedule. However, as soon as I dropped off my vehicle another one of Cole's colleagues, while attending another customer, starts to tell me they can't do any more than an oil-change. His entire demeanor was that as if I were bothering him. I try to confirm and continue my conversation with Cole on the wait time on my vehicle, and again this older man with glasses speaks over Cole and continues to say "we can't guarantee anymore than an oil change." Which is fine, but my frustration comes in because. A - I was not interested in having my car looked at that day because I know I need more than just an oil change, so I was upset that I was reassured my vehicle would be looked at and there's two people telling me two different things at the same time. and B - I wouldn't be so annoyed if the co-workers delivery was that of an apologetic and understanding tone as opposed to that of someone who makes me feel unwanted. I think I'll take my car somewhere I don't feel like I'm the bothering the employees.

Extremely attentive, even with a high volume of work. Troubeshot the issue with my wife's AC within hours, and repaired it ready by the next day. They know what they're doing, and that's coming from a former Turbofan Test Engineer for Rolls-Royce at Stennis Space Center.

Eagle Automotive did a wonderful job repairing my car's AC which was making a hissing noise and blowing warm air when on. I scheduled an appointment with them and brought my car in on the agreed date and time. I chose to wait and work from their waiting area since originally we thought it would only be a couple of hours. When they diagnosed the problem, which required a part to be picked up and would take several more hours, they personally drove me back home to wait the remainder of the time there instead of the waiting room which a great customer service touch. From there, they promptly finished the repair work and called me when my car was ready to be picked up that same day. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable, and as a younger woman, I get prices inflated for me all the time for auto work so I appreciated that was a tactic they did not employ. I will definitely be using them again!

After a long time I decided to come back to this place, it started off well and it seemed like they developed into a better business but then suddenly... they're worse than before! They rip you off in your face, are rude, cut you off, and try to tack on extra services and name them as fees or requirements. Stay away, stay far far away from this place!

This location is located behind the shopping center with Bestbuy, Michael's, Wells Fargo Bank and other businesses. The parking lot is small with limited parking spaces. Great location close to the highway and not far from the interstate access area.

Place was fabulous and great customer service!
