Genuinely nice people here at Woodie's. The new location in Ballantyne is very nice and spacious. The waiting room stocked with gratis cold drinks and snacks along with comfy couches and big screen TV's. The prices here are fair and, for my services, have been comparable to other shops around town. Will return.

Bad Experience. Would not recommend to anyone. They will take full advantage of you if they can.

Woodies, Drew and Karl are the most professional auto service I have ever used in my 12+ years of having a vehicle. Great customer service upon entering the facility. Top notch feedback on what they found on my chevy impala and I truly felt that they were looking out for my best interest on the next steps to take on finding out why my vehicle has an oil leak. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone who needs service maintenance or a repair. Stopped at the new location in Huntersville to have a leak checked. They took the car in right away and diagnosed the problem leaking transmission lines. I didn't have time to get it fixed so they topped it off and told I would be good until I got back Home. Kind and Courtious people with knowledge I would recommend Woodies to everyone.

We were traveling from Florida to West Virginia when we noticed a ticking noise and our oil pressure started dropping. Praise God we took the Davidson exit. A nice lady suggested Woodie's and we are grateful she did! They were so nice, got our car in right away, figured out the problem, fixed it and cleaned up the oil off the bottom of our car and we were out of there within 45 mins! They even had snacks and juice boxes/sodas for the kids to enjoy while we wait! Our kids didn't want to leave...lol! We highly recommend Woodie's!

The old stereotype that mechanics cannot be trusted and they are all out to cheat you may be true at other auto repair centers but not at Woodie's in Davidson. From the moment I walked into their clean lobby and "plush" customer lounge, I knew I was in the right place. Their tech, named Scot, was knowledgeable and confident with his assessment. He pointed out what he knew had to be done immediately and what in the future I needed to pay attention to. He never "upsaled" me, only educated me on my brake issues. I would recommend Woodie's to any of my friends

I have been here multiple times with our cars. I find this place trust worthy and even flexible in working with the issues. Also even for simple brake issues. They never tried to sell me something that wan'[t correct or rip me off. I would recommend them!

I started collecting cars over 50 years ago. To date, I've owned in excess of 150 cars and trucks. More importantly than owning collector cars, my main concern is taking the pride of having them maintained by people that I completely trust. I can honestly testify that Brett, at the Huntersville establishment, is completely trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable reference domestic and foreign cars. Words could never express the appreciation for the care he has demonstrated when repairing and servicing my vehicles.
