Woodie’s usually has top notch service but this time they really didn’t get it right. I brought my car in for an inspection, oil change and check all of the fluids, change wipers etc. At the end of the day, they told me that they didn’t have anyone to inspect the car (both inspectors called out before I dropped my car off) and it needed to stay overnight. When I picked up my car, I realized that the oil change sticker wasn’t update. I went back in thinking it was an oversight and the service manager said “oh we didn’t know you wanted that.” I assume this is all an anomaly but when I bring my car in once a year I assume I am going to get consistent service. Unfortunately, I now have to bring in it again for an oil change.

As of ~2 years ago the Service Delivery management has really deteriorated. I called on Monday and made an appt for Tuesday at 8A for one issue: patch the tire that has a screw in it. The next morning when I arrived for my appt, I also asked them to do the oil change. Around 330-4, I get a text with a summary of a ton of things that need to be fixed. Shortly after, the delivery manager calls me and says the oil change is done. I said what about the tire, he said we didn’t have approval to fix that. I said that is why I made the appt yesterday! I asked him to run me through the few other things they found and told me to go ahead and fix some of them. He said he would not be able to fix the tire, etc before the end of the day! I was obviously frustrated. I told him to keep the car and then asked him about the warning they have about leaving the car o/n. He asked if I wanted it pulled inside, and I said yes. I would have never had to ask this question a few years ago. I asked when it would be done and he said mid-morning. They called me to pick up my car 3P the next day! By then I was in meetings. I asked him if they could drop the car off to me and he said he had no one to do that. I then rearranged my sked and asked for a 4P shuttle pickup. Much to my surprise, I see MY car in the driveway at 4P. I thought he managed to figure out the delivery for me. When I got to the station, he said he didn’t sked the shuttle driver and they left so he HAD to use my car (w/o my permission), to pick me up. 🤦‍♀️ Calamity after calamity. I really hope the owner of Woodie’s sees this. This is not a knock on the mechanics or the shuttle drivers. The service delivery team is not focused on customer service. They need some reeducation of foundational service lessons. Less focus on selling more and more on timeliness, listening to customers, maintaining the schedule of the day and if it slips, provide timely communications to the customers. I went two days w/o a car for something that should’ve taken an hour.

Genuinely nice people here at Woodie's. The new location in Ballantyne is very nice and spacious. The waiting room stocked with gratis cold drinks and snacks along with comfy couches and big screen TV's. The prices here are fair and, for my services, have been comparable to other shops around town. Will return.

Bad Experience. Would not recommend to anyone. They will take full advantage of you if they can.

Woodies, Drew and Karl are the most professional auto service I have ever used in my 12+ years of having a vehicle. Great customer service upon entering the facility. Top notch feedback on what they found on my chevy impala and I truly felt that they were looking out for my best interest on the next steps to take on finding out why my vehicle has an oil leak. 100% recommend this establishment to anyone who needs service maintenance or a repair. I will certainly be back when my vehicle requires service. Thank you Woodies for your commitment to professionalism!

Stopped at the new location in Huntersville to have a leak checked. They took the car in right away and diagnosed the problem leaking transmission lines. I didn't have time to get it fixed so they topped it off and told I would be good until I got back Home. Kind and Courtious people with knowledge I would recommend Woodies to everyone.

We were traveling from Florida to West Virginia when we noticed a ticking noise and our oil pressure started dropping. Praise God we took the Davidson exit. A nice lady suggested Woodie's and we are grateful she did! They were so nice, got our car in right away, figured out the problem, fixed it and cleaned up the oil off the bottom of our car and we were out of there within 45 mins! They even had snacks and juice boxes/sodas for the kids to enjoy while we wait! Our kids didn't want to leave...lol! We highly recommend Woodie's!
