I called at 7:15am on a Friday and Randy who answered was very nice and helpful! I dropped my car off at 8 for an inspection and to my surprise they shuttled me down tryon to work! My driver was very polite and friendly and even offered to pick me up at the end of the work day. Randy gave me a call when my car was done and again at the end of the day to see if I needed a ride. These guys did great work, were very accommodating, price was reasonable and they were polite throughout the whole process. Will definetly be going back for future work when needed!

Had an appointment for ten a.m. Was on time. Vehicle didn't move into the service bay for at least 45 minutes. What should have been an hour and a half to two hours around up being three and a half. Service was fine. Customer lounge is great. Wait sucked.

Went in with front end problem on my 95 Wrangler. Solved problem. Was shown work that was need .Tech was knowledgeable.

Nice, knowledgeable, truthful people and they care about their customers.

I always take my car to Woodies because of their great customer service and I trust when Kevin tells me something needs fixed, I better get it done.

The guys up at Woodies are amazing. They took me in at the drop of a hat and set me up with Chris. Just a simple oil change, nothing crazy. They checked my car over and made sure everything was running smoothly before hitting the road again. Chris was so helpful and kind. I will be going back for all of my future car needs!!!!!

Let me just start off by saying that if you need any mechanic work on your car this is the place to go! I came by to get a few things looked at on my car and i immediately felt like i was in the right place for it to get done correctly and efficiently. Kevin and Chris took such great care of me while i was there. My car is old and there were a lot of problems that needed to be fixed but they walked me through the whole process and made sure i understood everything that needed to be done! 5 stars to you guys for the great customer service and fair pricing that you provided me, i definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on!
