Staff is really nice. Usually you are talking with the manager or decision maker. Prices are in-line with what most mechanics charge. Make an appointment first because the lot is usually pretty full but a very convenient location as well.

I had to take my car in for inspection and it was done immediately while I waited with no problems. I did ask if they could use a cleaner to wipe my interior door handle and steering wheel from other mechanics dirty hand prints, but they told me they didn't see any dirt to clean which probably meant that they didn't want to do it for me. Would have gotten the 5Star from me if they did.
