I recently had some work done there and everyone was very nice. I was kept informed on the work being done throughout the day. Even though I didn’t make use of the waiting room, they literally have everything you would need while waiting. I will be returning and telling all my friends about this place. Thanks guys!!! Oh and the shuttle was very convenient!

I just moved to Charlotte from Texas, so when my car was acting up I was extremely stressed about finding a good place to take my car. A friend from Charlotte recommended me to take my car here and it was such a blessing! They were extremely reasonable and everyone I interacted with there was so kind. Staff is always friendly. Appointments are readily available. I love the shuttle service offered so you don't have to wait around on your car all day!

Friendly staff, and great customer service. They let me look at the components of my Jeep they were fixing, and showed me why they were in need of repair, and explained why they needed to be repaired.

Quality service, good people - yet on the high side/price.
