Great service, pleasant waiting area, very clean bathroom and excellent service. All of the people that I have ever dealt with there are extremely friendly and courteous.

Did not have an appointment for an oil change on 9/28. I called in and the service advisor I spoke with, Alex Pichardo, was completely accommodating and told me to drop it off and that I could rest assured they would be able to get it done same day for me. The was my first time at any of the Woodie’s locations and I can honestly say I was impressed with Alex’s customer service and professionalism. They have gained a new loyal customer for years to come.

After checking with a few repair places I decided on Woodies in Huntersville. Since then I trust them with all my repairs. On time and good pricing. Karl knows his business well and will help you as much as possible. If Woodies cant fix it your in trouble.

I was there for state inspection & my turn around time was fantastic, didn’t have time to finish my coffee. All personnel are welcoming & professional, I do believe 5 * are deserved.

Just had the oil changed in my SUV. Had a great experience at Woodie's! Fair pricing and friendly atmosphere. Checked out my whole car, and also offered to fill it up with gas!! And got a text as soon as my car was ready. I'll definitely be back!
