Outstanding customer service!

Our long time (26+ year relationship) mechanic retired, so got to try Woodie's (Ballantyne loction) for two new tires and all 4 wheel alignment. Great communication from start to finish, comfortable waiting room and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Thanks to Mark and the team, I'll be back.

They did as I requested. My car was kept clean. The free shuttle let me be at home rather than waiting at the shop.

It started when I walked in the door. I let them know that I had just found a nail in my tire and that I didn’t have much time to spare. Even though they couldn’t make the repairs in time for my work appointment they offered to give me ride so I could get back to work. It was very thoughtful that they offered. I ended up having a fellow employee come pick me up. They then offered to come pick me up after I was done with work so I could drive my vehicle home. They had a driver come pick me up which was awesome. The price was good for the repair and they also told me that the repair was guaranteed. This was my first time at Woodies so if I ever have another issue I will be going back. GREAT SERVICE!
