My original review (below) was a couple years ago. Have recently been trying to get an appointment and they don’t call you back if you get their voice mail, don’t call you if you request an online appointment, and don’t answer the phone at 5:50pm when they close at 6pm. I think they have all new staff from the last time we were there. Might be time to find a new place. ****My car was acting up so I called Woodies in Fort Mill, SC. They got me in quickly, offered to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off, and promised to call me after they did their diagnostic. Within a couple of hours they called, I approved the work that needed to be done, and I had my car back that same day!! Last time I took it to the dealer it was there for several days for something much simpler. We'll be using Woodies for all our vehicles.

I own The Egg cafe up the street and told them I needed an inspection but only had a small window of time.....took it down, and had it down in under 15 mins! Thanks Woody’s!

Woodie's does it again! We love the service and care we receive at Woodie's. We recently took our car in for service and like always, they do a great job and NEVER recommend services that do not feel are absolutely, necessary. Woodie's is our car service center of choice!

The staff at this repair shop have enough combined automotive repair knowledge to handle just about any vehicle and the technology and service training that Woodie’s Auto Service provides for it’s team members helps keep the staff sharp and up-to-date with automotive trends.

The Woodie's Crew was both friendly and extremely professional. As a stranded college student making my way from Florida to New York, they took me in right before closing and attempted to get me back on the road as quickly and inexpensive as possible. They were all open to conversation and were extremely transparent with everything being done to my car. Highly recommend to any person in the area that is looking for a shop for any task.

Had AC Compressor replaced. Started to drive home and discovered that AC was not working. Took care back to service center to have it looked at. Gary was very Professional and said they would check the AC immediately. Was given a ride home by courtesy van. Gary called and informed me that the installed AC Compressor was bad and they would order a new one. A new AC Compressor was installed and unit is now working fine. Thanks

The folks at Woodie's were so professional and wonderful. I feel like they are the few honest auto service and repair people in town and so appreciate that they take very good care of their customers.

Just moved here from West Virginia. I didn’t have an appointment they were able to take my car and got it done quick. They’re very professional, honest and courteous. I will most definitely be returning for future service. Thank you Woodie’s for the fast and efficient service you all provide.
