For years now, my family and I have been customers of Woodies and really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. I just recently moved and still make the drive back to Huntersville to service my car at Woodies because I have yet to find a better service team. The team at Woodies is very quick to assist and will take care of your vehicle.

Karl at Woodies was great from first time I walked in the door. The most important part of process was Karl did not push any services on me. I was able to lead the conversation in all I wanted updated on my Wrangler. Karl advised me on every concern on my maintenance mileage log. He knew from our discussion, I did not want a huge bill on my first visit, my Jeep was at over 60000. All went smoothly, I told Karl I was a transfer from Marietta Ga and the jeep dealership in Marietta experience was not even close to Woodies experience. Price on services are reasonable and customer service was great. I told Karl I wish we had found Woodies 10 years ago. We will be taking both Jeeps to Woodies in Huntersville from now on. Any new vehicles will be going to Woodie's, as well. Thanks Karl and Woodies for getting my Wrangler updated- 28 point inspection, transmission flush, tire rotation, and oil change. I was able to get my Wrangler back the same day, as well. Once again, Kudos to Woodies!!!!

Treated respectfully, (especially appreciated as a woman in an auto repair facility), great customer service, love the availability of the shuttle. Liked that they showed me the broken part before any repairs and prices were fair. I would highly recommend this business and I will be returning.

Fast oil change and free coffee!

I had a nail in a tire on June 11 that had to be fixed due to planned travel. Manager Paul Lingo got me in quickly and had one of his staff check the problem. After 20 minutes, they came back and told me that the nail had not punctured the inner lining and everything was fine. AND, he told me no charge, even though I volunteered to pay a service charge for the time they spent on my problem. Paul and everyone working with him were top notch in all respects. Woodies has been around for a long time just because of this type of service and treatment of their customers. I give them my highest recommendation and will keep coming back.

Excellent service and great communication. Pricing was not unreasonable. I have to take my car back (no fault of Woodie's) and have additional work done. Some health issues and finances have prevented that for the time being however I will gladly give them my business when I am able.

Had never been before, but had a flat tire very near by. They were great, putting on the spare donut tire and ordering a new tire to be overnighted and installed the next day.Very helpful, fast, professional. Happy they were available.
