They are always professional and explain what needs to be done; even prioritizing what is the most important thing to be done if there are multiple items to be fixed. Took my BMW X5 here for break service and and oil change. First off, I have never serviced my BMW anywhere other than the dealership and used Woodies out of convenience. They are a little more expensive than other auto service companies (only $10 more or so) but you get what you pay for... knowledge professionals that will guarantee great work on your car. They offered to give me a shuttle to my work in Ballantyne Corporate park and at the end gave me a 10% labor discount due to this... so it ended up costing about the same as anywhere else I would have gone. It is nice to have a local auto service company that you can trust your car/SUV to be taken care of. By the way- ask for Sean, he was fantastic. Highly recommend!
