Just needed inspection on a 2020 truck.. made an appointment for 1230.. get there and am told that the person who does inspections is at lunch from 12 to 1.. was told how professional and great, customer service oriented they are, then this.. they lost a potential customer

Since I moved here from NY last summer I have gone to Woodies for my car maintenance & repairs. They are very courteous, bring me home after dropping my car off & come back & pick me up when my car is finished. If maintenance needs to be done at a later time, they give specific details on what needs to be done & how long to wait, safety wise, before having it done. I dreaded looking for automobile repair places when I arrived last summer & am glad I found Woodies!

They were so helpful and nice. Clean m waiting room with alot of drinks and refreshments. Went there on accident and they've gained a customer.

I went to see what was wrong with my car.And they find the problem and fix it. They were very nice and they were very helpful 👍. After getting my car. I went down to Myrth Beach, sc. No problem.

Offered free shuttle service while my car was being worked on. Informed me of needed repair services and price before making repairs.

I was 2 hours away from home and I heard my car making a weird noise. Pulled into to Woodies and Chandler and Chuck jumped right on it. Very welcoming environment and great service. I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys for saving the day!

I came to replace 4 tires and alignment. After shopping around for tires in few places, Woodies gave me the most competitive price/service. I spoke to Mark a couple of times before I decided to take my car to Woodies. Mark was very helpful and responsive. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about the tires he was recommending for my car. They had a very small but practical working area. So I was able to work there while waiting for my car. At least for tires, I can say they did a great job.
