Recently took my car in for an emergency service after my car was un-drive-able. Thought that it was a brake related issue since my ABS, hill-assist, and traction control lights were all flagged. Received a call from a gentleman named Jeff who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Turned out to be my shocks, struts, and tires. Jeff was very transparent and took the time to gather different quotes for me for the tires, estimated time to complete the repairs so that I could get back to work, and explain what was wrong in detail (all while working with a limited staff). This was very appreciated as a female who is generally pretty weary of going to repair shops and being taken advantage of. This was not the case here and I was extremely surprised. I will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced here! Another note: they offer a tire protection plan that covers tire rotations for the life of the tire, free patching (if fixable) up to 3x per tire, and more. Felt that this was really a great deal considering the tire rotations at the dealership cost a bit more than the cost for the plan for the tires.

I never been or heard of Woodie’s Auto until this week. I had a very bad tire and was driving to another Tire place but I did not like the way my car was driving and stopped at Woodie’s. It was the best decision I made. Gary was the best and funny. He took care of me. Woodie’s have a new loyal customer!!

We will never go anywhere else! The shuttle service is a Godsend for a mom with a toddler and I know I can trust their diagnoses. I got a quote from a Ford dealership and then came to Woodies for the first time for a second opinion. Long story short, we saved thousands of dollars by using Woodies, the work was done with excellence and I didn’t have to sit in their waiting room all day with my kid bored to tears. Their staff are warm and professional and get the job done right the first time. Thank you Woodies!

Just completed my first visit there. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They actually saved me $200 by not installing parts I didn't need. It was a pleasant surprise to have a smaller bill than quoted when I got there to pick up my car. The car is running great and I have every intention of making this my new mechanic shop.

These guys are phenomenal! Another shop had said that I needed a new radiator because it was leaking into the transmission. Then I would need AT LEAST a transmission rebuilt. It was gonna cost about $4,500 for it all. With it looking like it was gonna cost me that much I wanted a second opinion. I called Woodies and spoke to Brian about the situation and said they would take a look at it to verify. A nice gentleman named Kyle called me and said that indeed the radiator needed to be replaced but thought that a flush of the transmission would hopefully take care of the problem. The master technician Gill said it took 3 full flushes to get the radiator fluid out of the transmission. I had them do some extra things as well and in the long run they saved me about $3,000. Thank you guys so much! DEFINITELY recommend these guys.

I had a great experience , leak in my tire , they were very busy , but took care of it immediately . Everyone there is very nice & professional . I Would use them again.
